Check your phone's volume first. Videos initially play without sound to avoid disturbing you, but the audio will start playing once you tap on the video to expand it to full-screen.
Note:
- Starting from WeChat version 6.5.1, videos automatically play in full-screen.
- To avoid disturbance, you can long-press the video before tapping to play it and choose「Silent Play」to play it without sound.
