This feature is currently available to users outside China's mainland, specifically in the United States, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Macao SAR, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam, with testing underway in additional countries and regions.
For users in Hong Kong, WeChat Out does not support calls to China's mainland due to restrictions from third-party telecommunications providers. We advise do not top up WeChat Out and to consider alternative options if your main purpose is to call China‘s mainland numbers.
