The total cost for WeChat Out calls is calculated by multiplying the call duration by the rate per minute.
WeChat Out does not charge for calls that are not connected or picked up, but once a call is connected, a one-minute calling period is charged immediately, even for a fraction of a minute. For example: a call lasting 49 seconds will be charged as one minute, a call lasting 115 seconds will be charged as two minutes.
WeChat reserves the right to adjust call charges based on its market policies.
