WeChat Out supports calls to landlines and mobile numbers in over 200 countries and regions. You can also call most toll-free and public service numbers that start with prefixes like 400, 800, and 888. Unless you encounter issues reaching a number, try adding the area code before dialing again.
WeChat Out does not currently support calls to paid phone services and emergency calls. If there is an emergency case, kindly use the official hotline in your country or region.
Note for Hong Kong Users:
WeChat Out does not currently support calls from Hong Kong to China's mainland due to restrictions from third-party telecommunications providers. If you require such services, consider alternative options and avoid topping up your WeChat Out balance.
