For Country Code, just tap on the top left corner of the dial pad or manually input it. Ensure you select or input the correct country code before dialing the phone number.
Any special IP codes like 17951 or 1551 often found in operator-specific phone numbers must be deleted. Only input the country code, area code, and phone number. The country and area codes must be included when dialing, so that WeChat Out can properly route the call. For public service numbers, include the area code (e.g., +86 020 400-999-6666).
