The Call History on the Contacts Detail page displays the talking time recorded by the caller's mobile device, whereas the History on the Account page reflects the talk time as registered by the WeChat Out servers.
Due to network and technical limitations, slight discrepancies may occasionally occur between the two records. However, the talk time recorded by the WeChat Out servers is more accurate and is used for assessing actual talking time for billing purposes.
