Due to restrictions of Android system and iOS system, WeChat Out supports topping up via Google Wallet on Android and iOS In-App Purchase. Make sure that you have one of these methods enabled to top up. If you have not enabled payments yet, you can do so by following the instructions from Google or Apple.
Currently, WeChat Out cannot be topped up using WeChat Pay, bank cards, or other third-party payment methods.
