A Starred Friend is displayed at the top of your contact list, making it easier for you to find them quickly. You can mark or unmark any WeChat friend as a Starred Friend, and they will not be notified of these changes.
How Do I Set a Starred Friend?
- Open WeChat.
- Tap「Contacts」at the bottom of the screen.
- Select a friend and tap the「...」icon at the top right.
- Enable Starred for the selected friend.
