If you're not receiving WeChat message notifications, ensure the following settings are correct:
- Open WeChat > tap「Me」>「Settings」>「Message Notifications」, and make sure「WeChat message banner」are enabled.
- For group chat message notifications, check if Mute Notifications is turned off. Enter the group chat > tap「...」in the upper right corner > turn off「Mute Notifications」.
- Ensure your phone's system settings allow WeChat to show notifications.
