Yes, stickers that you purchased or downloaded from the Sticker Gallery are linked to your WeChat account:
- They will not be deleted when you upgrade to a higher version of WeChat.
- You can use your stickers on different devices, including Android and iOS devices.
- You can view and use your stickers on another device by logging into your WeChat account and accessing your purchase history through 「Me」>「Sticker Gallery」> tap the gear icon in the upper right.
