To cancel your Weixin Pay account, follow these steps: Log in to WeChat and go to「Me」>「Pay and Services」>「Wallet」>「Payment Settings」(located at the bottom of the page) > Select「Cancel Weixin Pay」and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
Before canceling your Weixin Pay account, ensure the following conditions are met:
1. The Weixin Pay account has been registered for at least 15 days.
2. There are no pending transactions.
3. There are no direct debit services.
4. The Weixin Pay Score has been disabled.
5. The account has no remaining balance.
Notes:
- After cancellation, all data—including cardholder information (e.g., name and identity document number), transaction history, remaining funds in the Balance, and Balance details—will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
- If real-name verification has not been completed, the「Cancel Weixin Pay」option will not be available.
