Tap「Me」>「Pay and Services」>「Wallet」. In the「Wallet」, tap「Bank Cards」> Add a Bank Card to begin the process of entering your identity information and binding your bank card.
And then review the Weixin Pay User Service Agreement, tap「Agree」to proceed. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter or verify your identity information. Tap「Next」to add your bank card and follow the prompts to complete the wallet activation.
If you have already activated a WeChat Pay Wallet, you can activate the Weixin Pay Wallet through the following methods:
1. Receive a red packet from your Weixin/WeChat friends who have Weixin Pay.
2. Follow the official Weixin Pay official account and follow the instructions to activate Weixin Pay.
