1. Debit or Credit Card Number
2. Full Name (exactly as listed on your bank account)
3. ID Number used to open the bank account (e.g., passport, China's mainland ID card, China's mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan Residents)
4. Country/Region (must match the one listed on your ID)
5. Mobile Number registered with the bank account
After entering this information, an SMS code will be sent to the mobile number registered with your bank account. Enter the code to verify and link your card.
Note:
Ensure that you enter your full name exactly as it appears on your bank account, including capitalization, spaces, and punctuation. This information can typically be found in your account opening documents or deposit book.
Make sure the mobile number provided is currently registered with your bank account and able to receive SMS messages to complete the verification process.
