Log in to WeChat and tap「Me」>「Pay and Services」>「Wallet」>「Payment Settings」(at the bottom of the page) > Tap「Forgot Payment Password」 > Verify your Identity.
Under Verify Bank Card Info, you can retrieve your payment password using one of the following methods:
1. Rebind Your Bank Card to Reset Password
- Tap the linked bank card.
- Enter the bank card number and the mobile number registered with your bank.
- After receiving the SMS verification code, enter the code to reset your payment password.
2. Add a New Card to Reset Password
- Tap「Add Bank Card」.
- Enter the new bank card number, other required information, and the mobile number registered with your bank.
- After receiving the SMS verification code, enter it to reset your payment password.
