2. If you are still unable to login, you may tap 「Unable to Log In?」 at the bottom of the WeChat login page and follow the on-screen instructions to seek assistance or submit an appeal.
3. If you still unable to login, follow the below instructions:
Tap 「More」 at the bottom of the WeChat login page >「Go to Security Center」>「Account Recovery」> 「Request for WeChat account password recovery」
