When you interact with a third-party service through the Weixin Open Platform—such as following an Official Account, using a Mini Program, or logging in to a third-party app or website via WeChat—your information may be collected, stored, and used by the relevant third-party service provider according to their privacy policies, which are separate from the WeChat Privacy Policy.
If you no longer wish to share your information with these third-party services, follow these steps:
For Official Accounts:
Unfollow the Official Account. Go to the「Contacts」tab > Select Official Accounts and locate the account you want to unfollow > Swipe right on it and tap「Unfollow」.
For Mini Programs:
Remove from Browsing History. Go to the「Discover」tab > Select Mini Programs > In the「Recently Used」section, locate the Mini Program you wish to remove > Swipe right and tap 「Delete」.
Revoke Permissions and Request Data Deletion:
Open the Mini Program, expand the settings menu (top-right corner).
Select My Information & Authorizations to access the Mini Program’s settings.
Adjust permissions or contact the developer to request deletion of your data.
For Third-Party Apps or Websites:
Unauthorized access. Go to「Me」>「Settings」>「My Information & Authorizations」> 「Authorizations」> Tap on the App > 「Disable Access」
